Personal muy amable.

Política del hotel ridícula, te informan de que si se mancha/rompes toalla o sábanas pagas, pero al comprobar ves que las sábanas están sucias, la toalla rota... Nos sentimos muy incómodas con esto, tomen foto del estado de las cosas (mal) Habitación oscura, sin ventilación y gran olor a humedad

Personal muy amable, gerencia nefasta, con políticas ridículas. No se puede pretender cobrar por sábanas o toallas manchadas/rotas y luego poner sábanas sucias y toallas rotas... Un despropósito.

Política del hotel abusiva, pretenden cobrartensi manchas una sábana o la toalla... La leche del desayuno es extra... A evitar. Habitación sin ventana al exterior, olor a humedad terrible, pides cambio y te dicen que con suplemento. Nuestro peor alojamiento después de mes y medio en Perú Alfombras sucias, telas de araña, baño con moho...
