We didn't eat breakfast as the place was close to some great cafes. Our room had a smart TV which was great. Good Aircon. Eccentric shower as water came down a rock spout but plenty of hot water

The room on the road was quite noisy but there are other rooms not on the road

Very clean and nice property with an amazing and friendly host. Little bit further out of town but the city of Valladolid is very walkable and we didn’t have any issues.

The hotel did not offer breakfast. Erik, the congenial manager/owner, was eager to offer suggestions for places to eat and things to see. For my one night I found good places for both meals nearby. Street parking was available across the street and felt safe. My room was a lovely design, comfortable and quiet. The garden was pretty, and, though Erik gladly complied with my desire to try Mezcal there, I wasn't sure if the garden was open for cocktails generally.

I had a sense that, in spite of its obvious assets, and because Erik seemed to do everything, the inn was not doing well. He did speak of keeping it going. I would liked to have seen the garden open for, at least, breakfast, but possibly quiet live music, maybe tapas and cocktails. I did have difficulty finding the hotel, but it was my first experience of Yucatan road systems, numbering of "calles" and multiple one ways.

Our room was facing the street, therefore a bit loud.

Loved the hosts - so kind and hospitable! Really loved the garden too and meeting the friendly dogs!

Did not have the breakfast if there was one!

Room was by the street so it was probably just a louder room by default. Power went out for a bit while construction was happening in the street, which wasn't the hotel's fault.
