"Excellent and authentic feel!"

Fantastic family run gem situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and spoke fantastic English! This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! There were lots of nice touches like mosquito spray and music in the communal garden. Rustic and authentic feeling with very helpful friendly staff

This is a great place to stay! The moment you open the entry-fence you feel a nice, beautiful and serene atmosphere. The room was nice and comfortable; breakfast outstanding and the hosts were fantastic!

"Great oasis in Valladolid"

Erik was an amazing host, with a welcoming personality and great recommendations for our stay in Valladolid and surrounds. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t use it, but the garden looked beautiful.

No on-site parking although street parking was plentiful.

"Great base to visit Valladolid and Chichén Itzá"

Felt like a home away from home. Eric was very welcoming made our stay very pleasant. The house is situated a short walk (10mins) from the centre of the city. It’s in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The garden is a lovely area to hang out. The breakfast was also very good.

"Perfect stay with amazing hosts"

Erik and his girlfriend were great hosts. The location was great - walking distance to most things, rooms were spacious, comfortable & well decorated. The property in the inside (courtyard seating area etc) was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was amazing, and well worth it!

The only thing was that it was slightly unclear which building on the street was the hotel. But Erik was there to help, so not a problem.
