Luxury studio apartment by the station

How cozy it was and had everything we needed and love the free toiletries

The cleaning wasn't great there was a lot of hair in the bathroom

Excellent location and lovely little place. The staff were very helpful both in person and via the app.

The room was not ready at the check in time (3pm). The staff were busy cleaning the room when we arrived. They were kind and allowed us to sit in a kitchen of another room while we waited but it is not what we had planned for. Also, the kitchen in our room lacked some basic equipment that I would expect to be there such as a colander, dish cloth, chopping board, wooden spoon.

The size of the apartment was surprising and the the use of space was excellent. The bed was super comfy. The shower was lovely and hot. Everywhere was lovely and clean and the host was great with giving clear instructions on how to get in etc

Wifi was truly terrible. Placed looked a bit battered. Shower was mostly cold. I didn't like the hidden costs associated with my stay waiver and deposit.

Both nights woken at 2-4 am by people banging on doors and trying to enter the property. Lots of loud noises and a strong smell of marijoana being smoked. No support when this was reported.
