Kirana Retreat - Beach Front Resort

Absolutamente nada. Fue una pérdida de tiempo y dinero desde el primer minuto hasta el último.

Todo fue un engaño. Las fotos y servicios prometidos no existen; lo poco que hay está roto o inutilizable. La suciedad en las instalaciones es inaceptable y la comida es sencillamente deplorable. Para empeorar las cosas, la gestión es nefasta: la manager se dedicó a esconderse y evitarnos activamente en lugar de dar la cara y resolver los problemas. Una estafa en toda regla.

Beautiful grounds, you can tell they really took their time in the layout of the retreat. Very picturesque! Staff were amazing, always positive and ready to help with timely service. Staff members like Rocky, Ali, all the young women working the bar/front of the house and kitchen were top notch. I booked a beach horse ride session and checked out their other property Sapphire for lunch, worth visiting for sure. The Retreat shuttle will drop you off and pick you up which is very convenient. Watching security doing their rounds added that extra layer of reassurance especially during the poor weather. Thank you again Iwan and everyone for welcoming me to this beautiful resort

I would mention when booking the bungalow with beach view , I requested a small chair and desk (which I received promptly) as there is no where to sit inside. (In January there was a lot of rain, so taking advantage of the things Karina offered were not available, no yoga classes, no snorkling, no massages in house). There’s no where to hang clothes inside as well. A small bar fridge would be helpful to keep drinks cool in the bungalow

We liked the shared area, the location itself, the turkies, staff was friendly especially Nissa at the resto, snorkeling was nice, the beach is stunning. Resto food was quite good and efficient service.

Mosquito net poorly placed, bathroom style is nice but wasn't the cleanest. It was no place to hang clothing, last minute booking wasn't managed very efficiently.

Setting Beach Yoga

Water charge at restaurant for guests. Musty cushions on bed. Water bottle rims were mouldy, both the room and the restaurant. Service in the restaurant was painful at times. Restaurant toilet was also not particularly clean. Fly fans for the table were never charged up or available.

There was noisy maintenance happening unfortunately - when we came for a peaceful break from Bali… Our room needed some broken things in the bathroom fixed & felt grotty

I don’t even know where to start with Kirana, it truly was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The staff are the NICEST people we’ve ever met and went above and beyond with their care and attentiveness. Daby and firman are the kindest receptionist and you feel instantly at home the moment you arrive. I wish I could name all the staff but sadly can’t remember everyone’s name! We stayed in a beach view villa and it was breath taking. We loved the outdoor shower, showering while looking at the stars. The beach cove is beautiful and the water is so clear, snorkelling is a must. Paddle boards, kayaks and snorkels are included in your stay. The food is delicious and they do a good happy hour for beer between 5pm-6pm. There are lots of animals such as turkeys, cats, pigeons, dogs, rabbits, horses and tortoises and they just seems to be living their best lives (for people that’s aren’t to keen on animals they aren’t in the food areas or your rooms don’t worry)! You can also feel turtles the whole time in the sea. We are already looking at coming back in march and staying here for a month! Thank you so much again kirana ☺️
