GBGreat for one night day whilst visiting the city. Used Uber to get into Leeds and back which was great. Beds were comfortable and linen very fresh.
A little more seating in the lounge area would’ve been more comfortable considering the property has beds for five people but only a 2/3 seater settee and dining chairs / table. Whilst overall the property was clean a little more attention to detail e.g. check inside drawers for cleanliness and Some paint work needed attending to. Also, there didn’t appear to be a fire extinguisher in the property or any welcome information other than what was in an email. Batteries in the clockneeded changing. Just a few little things which would’ve enhanced our stay.

Area is very run down. Address is Kelso Street but it is actually in Kelso Road so took along time to find. Host did not answer phone when called for directions.
