The place is beautiful and spacious

We booked a room with a desk and a fairly large room with a private bathroom inside, and what they gave us was another small room, without a desk and the bathroom outside. In one of their messages, which I read after I had already arrived, they said that the best room would go to the guest who arrived first, which is unfair and misleading, considering that on Booking.com The photo they show is of the large room, and that's precisely the room we booked. They charge the same for both rooms when one is tiny and the other is huge and has more things. They should offer both rooms and let people choose and pay what each room is worth, because they clearly aren't worth the same; we feel ripped off. Then upon arrival you have to go to another hotel for the keys, carrying your suitcases for their own comfort and not that of the customer, which in our case was raining and we got wet. Instead of having a box with the keys and its own access or contacting the customer to bring him the keys. The client is already busy enjoying their trip to worry about where to pick up the keys somewhere else.

Prenotata come appoggio per dormire un paio d'ore prima del volo notturno per Roma. Posizione perfetta, accanto alla casa del vice presidente, perciò sicura anche per parcheggiare la macchina a noleggio, a 5 minuti dalle viuzze del centro, pulita, appartamento enorme con tutti i comfort nonostante siano in comune. La camera piccola ha il bagno privato ma appena al di fuori dalla camera, nessun problema a riguardo tuttavia.

Forse pressione dell'acqua un po' bassa ma ragazzi, considerato il costo della camera penso sia una cosa decisamente trascurabile.

Great location, spacious, clean, had no problems.

Spontan ein großes Zimmer im Zentrum bekommen, mit Gemeinschaftsküche. Gepäcktransport vom Personal! Super Engagement 😃

Location was very good. Easy walking distance to Stone Town beach and city center. Kitchen ware was pretty sparse. Breakfast was not included but there were many small restaurants nearby.

The place was very hard to find. We were less than 100 meters from what Google Map said and after asking about 8 different people, including our driver we could not find. We had to text the keeper who came out and greeted us on the street. Maybe include a picture of the building. This was the only difficulty we experienced.

Everything was very clean and spacious, a lot of space, daily cleaning in the room. The housekeeper was so sweet and nice, and also de location was on the main road in the centre, not to long from the beach. I would definitely recommend this place!
