the staff is super friendly and fast responds with things that i asked during my stay, the swimming pool and garden is super beautiful, me and the other guest always hang out there, especially when the night come pool table game is on between guest, super fun. sometimes the owner is around and he is super warm and kind, invites me and other guest in the grill corner by the swimming pool, best hostel to stay in ubud

We had the best experience! First of all the staff were sooo helpful. We were a group of 5 who wanted to sleep together so we got our room upgraded for free to a private room. The room was very good value for money and the staff were also very helpful when we needed help or things didn’t work, they came the second we asked. The pool area was also very nice but our favorite thing was the hangout area and the kitchen. We cooked our own food almost every morning and evening and on the evenings we always got invited to hangout with the staff. They offered us to eat dinner and drinking with them and we were together all night eating fruits and singing songs. This place just felt like home, something you rarely find these days. Nothing to complain about really, rooms looks like the pictures and socially it is a treasure!

I had an amazing 7-day stay! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring every request was promptly taken care of. They truly made me feel well looked after and comfortable. The beds were cozy, rooms spotless, and the pool fantastic. The kitchen area was well-equipped with everything I needed. What impressed me most was the swift response to any request I made. I formed wonderful friendships during my stay and can't wait to return!

Despite the challenges of the rainy season and surrounding forest, which brought an influx of mosquitoes, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. After I mentioned the issue, they promptly purchased mosquito repellent and took extra steps to minimize the nuisance, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction.

The staff was really nice.

They kept saying that it is a new hostel and that's why for example there was no breakfast. First of all it didn't look new at all and second of all it wasn't clean at all, which has nothing to do with it being new. "Housekeeping" came every day but didn't even bother to rinse out the bathtub. I was glad i always have a sleeping bag in my backpack for emergencies, because I don't think the bed was clean either.

One of the best hostels I have stayed before. They were cleaning and making beds every day. Everyone was super kind and welcoming. Swimming pool is big and clean. The area is so beautiful.

Great location, staff and facilities are excellent.

Bathroom poorly designed with no shower curtain, floor throughout was constantly wet. Air conditioning didn’t work during the day, and one night staff forgot to turn it on before going home.

Big, clean pool in a very nice setting. They have female dorms and a kitchen you may cook and refill water. Super friendly staff who are very helpful with everything!

Bathroom could be cleaned better. Water in the shower was cold. Small light at esch bed was missing.
