Wheelers Bay Apartment

The location was excellent. The apartment has a large patio/deck with a sea view. The owners kindly provided some basics such as bread, butter, milk, coffee and tea and also biscuits, so it was not necessary to go shopping on arrival. They also provided a useful guide to local restaurants, etc.

A mirror in the bathroom would be helpful to be able to shave but I managed anyway. The rest is all positive.

We really liked the balcony and the sitting room

the kitchen was very average- no dishwasher which is important when you’re out and about - we ate out mostly.

Location, facilities, and communication were spot on. Dogs loved it, and no additional charge for them. Everything as advertised and more. Would not hesitate to return.

Steps up to the property were a bit of a struggle for our small dogs, but that is obviously VERY unique to us and "didn't like" would be an unfair label. We just carried them, not tricky!

Clean and welcoming, comfortable lounge.

No mirror in the bathroom for shaving. Shower temperature was extremely difficult to avoid freezing or boiling.
