Haus Eleven

Friendly staff – our host was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, well furnished, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning kept the room cool, and the smart TV made streaming possible – a much-appreciated bonus. The fridge and microwave in the room were also very useful – many thanks for that. The bathroom was beautifully and practically designed. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet location, yet still conveniently close to the town centre, with shops, restaurants, and fast-food outlets nearby. Safe, undercover parking behind a gate is always a bonus, and security appeared to be very good. We especially loved the garden – beautifully maintained, creating a calm and tranquil atmosphere, exactly what one needs after a long drive or a busy day. The breakfast was excellent – I thoroughly enjoyed the English breakfast. We will most certainly return again.

The shower did not drain well and appeared to be blocked – a simple pipe clean-up should resolve the issue.

Mooi huis, zeer mooie en moderne kamer. Prachtige tuin en voldoende ruim zwembad.

Water van het zwembad was een beetje troebel. Ontbijtbuffet was tamelijk beperkt.

The surrounding was amazing and the room was excellent and even wished I was staying for the whole weekend. I am planning to come and visit again very soon. The staff was so welcoming and I also had a very good breakfast

everything was perfet staff was friendly, very clean neat comfortable bed, room bathroom and easy and user friendly after hour checkin, they must change the remote batteries.
