Great staff, restraunt bar and salon etc in hotel.

Bathroom had some mould and leak, and was adjoined to another room where smell of cigarette smoke came in from and filled our bedroom on 2nd night..had kitchen units but no appliances

I like that I extended my stay for 3 more nights and the price was maintained.

Just need do fix intercom. It’s tiresome having to move from ur room to ask for any kinda help.

-50% of the time no wifi -50% of the time no power - The generator is not working -Food poisoning hotel restaurant -No hot water - half the time there is no water at all -Cockroaches and insects everywhere in the restaurant, they also attack me a lot . - It takes between 1 and 2 hours for food to be served . -Only a quarter of what is on the menu card can be eaten -Over half of the times the food is sent back to the kitchen, poor kitchen staff -Insufficient security at the hotel -Staff in the hotel sleep or completely disappear on duty and put the guests' lives at risk in the event of a fire -Unprofessional staff and management -Some staff are rude and disrespectful Only have a few good words to say about the place. But I would in no way recommend this place.
