Wow, was für ein Geschenk! Das Appartment war ein Traum!! Wir hatten so viel Platz, einen tollen Ausblick, es war für Guate Verhältnisse angenehm ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen. Ganz liebes Personal! Vielen, vielen Dank!

Large apartment with amazing views of Xela. The location was particularly ideal as we were doing a hike with Quetzaltrekkers and it was near to their office. The staff were very friendly.

There was no hot water on the last day.

Great accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained everything at arrival. The rooms are clean. In Guatemala it's always noisy, but the apartments are a little bit further from the centre, the 5 minutes walking distance to the central park is ideal to have the best of both.

"Great value apartment with wonderful views and location in the historic old city, with friendly host"

Great views from the apt and we enjoyed having a full kitchen for cooking meals for a change. Bathroom had a strange change of level so you could easily make a misstep and hurt yourself. The host was very friendly and helpful with advice and he waited up for us when our bus was late. Overall, a great stay. Not flash but convenient and good value.

Bathroom levels - stepping up to the loo, shower and basin. Easy to fall. Also it was quite cool at night and there was no heating that we found.

Great location, great and responsive staff. Apartment was what was we expected and had everything we needed.

Our apartment was REALLY noisy, directly over the front door and on a curve of a road. It was also really cold, we had to rent a space heater.
