Crown Hotel

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. With basic necessities being provided for our comfort. The staff were Friendly and easy to talk to when I needed assistance. Even though there was a little delay in getting us checked in the additional room I requested and got it payed, we took that time to go around the area since the location of the hotel is near main shops (downtown plaza) and other little food spots. My kids enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, only wished that it was opened on Sunday morning so they should've washed abit before check-out. Nonetheless, thank you. It was a good relaxing get away for myself from the past few weeks of chaotic schedules.

Good location, with cosy, well-equipped rooms and friendly customer-focused staff, to suit all budgets.

The Crown Hotel is a very pleasant property overall, with exceptionally friendly staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was well appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable, contributing to a generally enjoyable stay. I especially appreciated the hotel’s restaurant, which offers a very nice dining experience, as well as the swimming pool, which is absolutely fantastic and something I truly enjoyed during my stay.

However, after two nights I became aware of a significant humidity issue in my room, which affected towels, clothes, and was even noticeable on the ceiling. I believe this was partly due to the room’s orientation, as it faced a shaded side of the building for most of the day. In addition, my room was interconnected with a neighboring room via a door, which created a major noise issue on my final night, when the adjoining guest was exceptionally loud well past midnight, requiring me to contact reception. While this seemed to be an isolated incident—other nights were very quiet—it is an important factor to consider, as such room layouts carry a higher risk of noise disturbance. Despite these drawbacks, I liked the hotel very much and would gladly return, preferably choosing a room on a sunnier side of the building, which would likely reduce humidity and improve overall comfort.

Was pleased with my stay. Enjoyed all services given by stuff especially, the Front office team. They all made me feel like home. I can't forget the experience, I hope I see Port Moresby agine so I can visit the hotel agine.

Enjoy spending weekend out with my family at crown hotel. Love the view from the room balcony and the cool breeze from the sea. Staffs are courageous and friendly. Always love to come stay
