Level 3 was too loud, guests walking around loud at all times of the night. Towels were not given. Despite being asked and reminded, until the following day

I booked the room in advance online and when I arrived in Pom, and went to the hotel, I was told there was no rooms available.. so late at night, I had to go around looking for hotels to stay the night.

Classic hotel near top of hill overlooking port town. Quiet floor and room. Two options for in-hotel dining.

Felt uncomfortable leaving security of hotel to explore town or find other dining options.

I really admire view into open sea...fantastic 😍 Also, the staff are welcoming with good hospitality

All was good except that the door to the balcony was locked and was waiting for almost an hour before it got opened.
