Spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Swimming pools also good and relaxing Gym is basic but okay for a simple workout

A few things needed fixing, washing machine and electrical shutters, staff was fast coming around fixing washing machine however electric shutters took longer for them to come see it and was a bigger job and so we asked to leave it since we had a few more days left before checking out anyway. Would be nice to have a dishwasher. Would be nice to be offered to change towels. Blankets were dirty and smelly (pissy) and I washed them myself. No bin bags left for 1st day. Carpet in sitting room also smelly so we took it away and hoovered it with the central system. Would be nice to have a cordless hoover in the house to clean. Air fresheners needed in the house, it stinks a bit. A deep cleaning in the sofas is needed. Jacuzzi has too much bleach treatment in the water . Sauna not working Make sure you buy essential for cleaning 🧼 yourself.

Unfortunately, our stay at this accommodation was very disappointing. The check-in was only available after 4:00 PM, and check-out was required by 10:00 AM, leaving little time to actually enjoy the place. The cleanliness was poor, with visible dust, rusted bathroom items, and dirty blinds. The furniture was very worn, including broken playground equipment, damaged benches, and a chair patched with tape. One of the TVs had no working remote because of missing batteries. To make matters worse, we were also required to take out the trash, which was not expected for a paid rental. The listing does not match the real condition of the property. It urgently needs cleaning and maintenance. We do not recommend this place unless improvements are made.

I would like if there had been sun umbrellas by the pool I would also like if there was a reception desk in the building rather than in a different location Pillows need to be replaced. Very flat and small Beds weren’t very comfortable But the apartment was nice and big.
