Spacious clean property.

Couldn’t check in till 4 and check out is between half 9 and 10. Couldn’t use the facilities beforehand and with having to be out so early couldn’t use them in the morning either. The time is not specified until you’ve paid the non refundable amount . Not very good communication with the agency .

The fifth bed we asked for was not ready, we were expecting to have it ready, but most of all the sofa bed is extremely dirty, with hair, feathers, dust and it stinks. One of the windows of the bedrooms and one in the kitchen are not closing properly and the wind makes such a strong noise that we were not able to sleep. We asked to the structure and they never replied back. Also the toilet paper was absolutely insufficient for 5 people 2 nights stay. We have videos to proof what we just said.

He tenido varios problemas en el alojamiento de esta reserva, y ya no solo son los problemas que detallaré más adelante sino que ni tan siquiera nos han contestado habiendo intentado contactar con ellos todos los días incluso por WhatsApp y dando el tick de leído. Cuando llegamos al alojamiento nos dimos cuenta que no se parecía en nada a las fotos, directamente era otro piso diferente y que estaba todo muy muy sucio, con pelos, el lavado de uno de los baños no tragaba, el sofa tenia unas manchas que no te podias ni sentar... y cuando quisimos ponernos a limpiar un poco no había nada ni recogedor, jabón, bayeta, bolsa de basura un mínimo.

Besonders hat uns die Lage gefallen, man konnte einfach parken, Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar erreichbar. Die Anlage selbst hat ein Paar sehr gute Eigenschaften, Waschmaschine war neu, Badezimmer waren ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Schön waren auch die Poolanlage und die Möglichkeit ein bisschen zu trainieren. Jaousien in allen Räumen haben Nächte angenehmer gemacht. Die Agentur ist auf Anfragen eingegangen, bis auf die Bedienung des Jakuzzi wurde nicht erklärt.

Nicht so schön war die Ausstattung in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Betten waren ziemlich durchgelegen, viele Möbel sind kaputt oder wirken sehr verdreckt. Check-in von 16 Uhr wurde nicht eingehalten, wir würden hingehalten und bei Ankunft um 17 Uhr wurde noch geputzt, dabei war der Boden mmer noch ziemlich schmutzig.

Wasn’t very clean, settees very dirty and dusty throughout, pool was emptied after 1 week of staying there , no English tv and no internet for 3 days , no plugs for bath or sink

The towels provided were the best we have had ever!

We specified we wanted accomodation that had a pool, there was one but it was empty being maintained and was not completed until our final day. we had expected the balcony view to be an inner courtyard but what we had was of the outside of the builoding overlooking the road and other nearby apartments. The apartment was large but some of the furniture was tired to say the least, the dinning and kitchen chairs were so bad they could not really be sat on.
