Pensiunea Muntele Rece

The playground at the garden with the trampoline was great! My kids had lots of fun! Also on the top floor there’s a little kid’s area with coloring pages. The room was lovely, the breakfast was nice, the staff was friendly

The room is without AC, not a good idea for hot summer days, however the staff was kind enough and they organized a mobile AC unit for us. That was so helpful and nice

Clean,large rooms and batrrooms,the view was great,food was delicious,ladies working there were very very nice.

The location is amazing, surrounded by nature. Indeed, the church is right next to the property (and cemetery), but this didn’t bother us. Breakfast was good, it included some homemade stuff and local products. The restaurant food was good as well. They serve certain dishes for lunch and dinner, not a lot of stuff to choose from, but at least the dishes are very tasty. The room was clean, everything looked nice. And the staff always there to help .

In our second (and last) night, the restaurant had a big group of people ordering, which they focused on. The staff was disorganised and our order took over an hour and a half to come. They apologised, it was an unfortunate event, but, as they admitted as well…this showed them where they need to improve.
