On the positive side, the staff was attentive and spoke English very well. Due to the problems, I left immediately, and they offered me a full refund.

Avoid this hotel: it looks nothing like the pictures. It doesn’t even seem like a proper hotel, it is labeled as a hostel and does not have any star rating. The rooms have no heating, and in Cusco the temperature drops to around 2–4°C at night. If you want heat, you have to pay extra to rent a heater. The staff did not even offer the option of renting a heater, even though I asked about heating. I only found out about it later. The room was also extremely noisy. You can hear noise from a bar located a street away.

La atención es excelente. Tanto Ezequiel como sus compañeras son muy atentos y educados. Las habitaciones amplias con buenas camas y ropa de cama. El baño de lo mejor, agua caliente y fuerte para relajarse después de un día de paseo. La ubicado es buena,a10 minutos de la plaza mayor, lo que hay que tener en chacra es que esta encima de una calle muy empinada. Barrio antiguo pintoresco. Muy buena experiencia en cuanto a relación precio- calidad.

Mejoraría un poco el desayuno. Aun asi es suficiente.

Lugar aconchegante, café da manhã muito gostoso. E o mais incrível foi a equipe que se prontificou a nos ajudar a todo momento! O chuveiro é uma delícia, bem quentinho. De Ao lado do hotel tem uma lavanderia bem barata.
