הכל! היה זוועה! החדר לא נראה כמו בתמונות בכלל ואפילו לא מתקרב לזה. מיקום מזעזע שצריך לעלות מיליון מדרגות לא נוחות ברחוב. היה מלוכלך ומגעיל. הגבר שקיבל אותנו היה לא נחמד לכל אורך השהייה. החברה שלו הייתה נחמדה אבל זה לא כיפה על זה. בקיצור לא ממליצה בכלל!

Hacía mucho frío y tocaba pagar para tener un calentador, es más pequeño de lo que se ve, olvidaron nuestro desayuno un día de esos y el último día no encontramos a alguien para hacer el check out, tuvimos que dejar las llaves en recepción.

I usually don't write reviews, but Cusco is such an amazing city and it's a shame to ruin the experience. Nothing is good about this hotel, it doesn't even have a star. The rooms don't have heat and in Cusco is 4 degrees during the night. If you want heat you have to pay and rent one heater. There's not much hot water. The breakfast is very bad (I could'n eat anithing, not even a coffee) It's not clean. The bathroom was full of hair and I didn't have the courage to use the towels wich locks used and not washed. The staff speaks very loudly I wanted to pay with a card and the person at the reception said I would pay a 5% commission,which I said that is OK, but at the final calculation, he wanted to charge me 50% more. It's close to the center, but you have to know that the street is very steep and it's hard to climb 4-500 meters unacclimatized when you are at 3400 m altitude
