Great staff, Cally was very nice, helpful and had a lot of patience. Good location, at a side street so you don't hear traffic. Restaurants, shops and the bus stop are all in a walking distance. Very comfortable. Bed were comfy, the place was clean. Very good value for money.

Could be warmer in the dining room and the water in the showers.

Nice family room! Super location, great facilities with guest fridge, comfy beds, lovely staff.

Kitchen appliances are a bit complicated to use and could do with a little more love.

the room is nice and spacious

the shower is a not handy as clothes have to hang out of the cubicle is you don't want them to be wet.
