No frills! It’s a dry, warm bed and a shower. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from centre of town. Didn’t eat there as you had to pre-book and wasn’t that organised. From what I saw the pizzas looked decent and breakfast good. It’s got a bar too! For the price it’s great value.

Location was great. The house looked good from the outside.

Friendlier welcome. The room smelt feisty, the bedding was unsatisfactory. The sink in the bathroom was blocked.

Great location, easy to find and close to all Betws-y-coed has to offer. Good communication from the Team which made checking in easy. They went out of their way to help me feel at home and enjoy my stay, kitchen facilities were great and goid lounge too. Awesome vibe there, very relaxed..... 10 out of 10 all round 👍🏻😊🙏🏼
