Our rooms were very well maintained. All amenities were provided and the staff was very attentive to our needs. They made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. My group left feeling very happy with our stay. The views surrounding the area were phenomenal.

The common areas (like the hallways) could use a bit more attention to in terms of cleanliness. But otherwise, everything else was great!

The open-air onsen was excellent.

I guess the Japanese style room/futon’s not really for me, so I’d try and book a room with a bed next time.

ベテランスタッフの方によるスマートな接客と、宿でのお食事がとても良かったです。部屋ごとに土鍋でお米を炊くなど、細部に細やかな配慮が垣間見れ、とても素敵な滞在になりました。

部屋の露天風呂の温度調整が分からなくなってしまったので、どちらに回したら水量/源泉の量が増えるのかもう少し分かりやすい表記だと助かります。

部屋も広々としていて見晴らしの良い場所。ご飯の量も味も満足。

離れから大浴場や屋上露天風呂まで少し遠い。ただそこまで歩くまでも楽しめた。

This was an amazing place to stay. I have been wanting to visit here ever since finishing the Netflix series Hibana. The staff were exceptional and took care of my requests and prepared information such as how to wear a yukata and local weather in English for the next day. From the rooftop onsen the view of Atami stretches out beautifully 本当に素晴らしい宿泊先でした。 Netflixのドラマ『火花』を見終えてから、ずっとここを訪れたいと思っていました。 スタッフの方々はとても親切で、私の要望に丁寧に対応してくださり、浴衣の着方や翌日の天気なども英語で用意してくださいました。 屋上の温泉からは熱海の景色が一面に広がり、本当に美しかったです。 .
