Such a comfortable, cosy room. We had a rainy day and we really didn’t mind staying in as the room is just so lovely and homey. The dogs and cats are absolutely adorable, and Kelly is the most pure and caring host. She really does make you feel welcomed.

Absolutely, everything was perfect from the hosts, and the room was outstanding. There was everything we needed, and if we hadn't, Kelly, the host, was able to provide . The place was like being at home and was ok for staying longer if we had more time to stay 😊 😃 😀 😄

I can honestly say there wasn't anything I could fault as Kelly went out her way from the point where we arrived and gave us a warm and welcoming greeting.

great continental breakfast with a good selection everything you need and more all fresh each day ( brilliant )

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, lovely decorated room, nice quiet location . Breakfast choices were varied & good quality . Kelly our host is a lovely friendly lady who really cares about your enjoyment & comfort of your stay. Nothing was too much trouble at all! Kelly is also very knowledgeable of the area, so gave us some ideas of where to visit & other useful travel tips. We shall tell all our friends, family & my work colleagues all about The Sapling! Thanks again Kelly & Albert .
