Was really warm but had an unexpected heat wave - did have a good fan available!!

Perfect little place! So many cute little touches and clever use of space. Location is great and close to many beaches and tourist attractions of Cornwall. Kelly is such a lovely host. Nothing is too much trouble and shes so kind and helpful….it’s like visiting a friend! She also has the cutest furry friends which (to me) is an added bonus! 🐾🫶🏻

Nothing to add here. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next summer!

Kelly was an amazing host, room was lovely, comfy bed, shower fantastic. Next time in Cornwall we would book here again.

From arrival at the location, the room, the excellent hosts warm reception through to our leaving it was a stay i will never forget. So much exceeded any expectation. The hosts were great

Wonderful place to stay, Kelly has thought of everything and was a superb host. The tray of continental breakfast was enough to keep us going til lunchtime. The Sapling was comfortable and very welcoming and would go and stay again. On short drives there were places to eat in the evening, Kelly was very helpful in recommending where to go.

Kelly's passion for running a B&B is evident and her nature to please her guests is foremost in her mind. Nothing was too much for her or her husband Albert when it came to asking for advice about where to go or where to eat (they even helped fix a travel item). Their genuine friendliness made our stay so much more enjoyable and the daily, fresh breakfast was much appreciated. We also loved our daily afternoon catch-ups with them. Definitely recommend The Sapling as a place to relax and recharge. You guys won't be forgotten!

Fabulous accommodation in a small hamlet deep in the north Cornish countryside, but within easy reach of all the local highlights. Good pubs and cafe within a couple of miles. Kelly is a wonderful host who goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect and give advice on where to go and what to do. Highly recommended.
