The room is large, clean and tidy. The landlord is very enthusiastic. When we checked in, he will go downstairs to help us carry our luggage in person. He will greet us every day when we go out to play.If I go back to Katmandu, I will choose here again.

Very clean and comfortable room, good location, friendly host

Andrew takes very good care of his guests. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfasts were so good! I enjoyed my stay.

I don’t have anything to point out here.

A great place to stay on the edge of Thamel but without any of the noise as it is down an alleyway in a residential apartment block. Spotless. Big bedroom. Water heater is a bit of a challenge but gives hot water. We had the large ensuite room. You need to be able to contact Andrew before you arrive as there are two potential locked gates and his door is locked as well - send approximate arrival time. It’s a bit hard to find - last building on the left beyond the small shrine.

Andrew Is the best owner i could find, friendly, smiling and always available to take care about your needs. Last day i forgot my shoes in the apartment and he permits to come back after few days to take back. No one was present in the apartment but he called the last floor family to give me keys and take shoes. Thanks for everything!
