The convenience of the location.

The management text me the location with directions. I did not see any movement in the office on arrival but on departure I got a good morning from the office across the driveway, that was my only contact. The cleanliness of the room was dusty and in parts grime was visible on the crockery, the skirtings, the shower was appalling, mould and dust in the crevices they had not been cleaned thoroughly. The heating of the unit was non existent there was an aircon temperature was a cool 10 and could not get warmth in fact I turned it off. No electric blanket on the double bed only on the single bed and infact I couldn't get any warmth I had discovered the electric blanket on the single bed an got out of the double bed to sleep in the single in which the blanket was on a timer and I had to keep turning it up to stay warm.

It had all we needed for our stay, the facilities were clean and the staff friendly and accommodating

Not so much didn't like we just noted the facilities were probably due an upgrade (less the bathroom)

Warm, clean, nice bathroom, great outdoor seating for early breakfast in the sunshine. Very nice once you get in & settled.

The bed was warm & lovely & fresh, just the mattress was a bit in need of replacement. Location was a little confusing on arrival.
