Garden apartment Vanya

This apartment was located in basement with private garden. Very clean, well maintained. Host was very proactive to let us know that apartment can be made available for early check in and later checkout if needed. Location wise almost everything is in 1km radius. If I'm back in split will definitely rebook this one.

We loved the apartment. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed. The garden was very beautiful. The owner was super helpful and kind. The apartment is located near the center and the private parking was a great help!

The flat is clean and tidy with simple but trendy design which I like. The property owner was friendly and warm and even to provide list of restaurants that could try.

Everything was like said in the description of the accommodation - there was everything necessary for the hole family. Very nice little yard to be outside. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Well equiped and good location. Garden is big enough and clean. Warm welcome from the host and gifts also. :)

The unit was the basement apartment of a duplex, and the host was able to meet us when we arrived and show us around (he was also very nice and lived in the building, which was reassuring in case we had issues, which we did not!) The unit included a bottle of wine, some beers and snacks, which was thoughtful. The bedrooms were spacious with large closets, and the living room and kitchen were also large. The backyard/patio was nice, but it was fairly loud because the apartment was on a busy street. We were able to do our laundry and there was free parking. The unit was close to Bacvice Beach (about 10 minute walk) so that was nice.

The unit was nice but the location was not our favorite. While the unit was only about a 15-18 minute walk to the Old Town/waterfront, the walk itself was rather unpleasant as it was on a busy road with lots of graffiti and run-down buildings. Also, it was fairly loud at night due to traffic and other neighborhood noises. Bottom line, we enjoyed it and would not discourage anyone from staying there, but just be aware of the location.
