"Disappointed"

Location

Not very clean. Very noisy, could hear upstairs tenant talking on phone at 6:00 AM, plus her and dog going up and down the stairs morning and night! Horrible smell from neighbors not cleaning up the dog poop or storing it in hot trash can? Couldn't get tv to work, ran out of toilet paper!

It was a great little spot. Location was great. It was perfect!

The first night I didn’t know that I would need to turn the heat on or that I could or even how. I froze. In the middle of the night I woke up and figured it out. No biggy. I just wasn’t sure.

It was cozy indeed, and quiet. Loved having a garage for our car and a small yard for your our dogs.

Everything, especially the location and garage! 5 blocks from Copeka, our favorite coffee house.

Minor annoyances. Short gravel walkway is difficult to wheel luggage on. Kitchen needs a spatula.
