The digital door can't be locked. I told the owner, but he said it was fine. Therefore, we slept with unlocked door..

We did enjoy coffee but the coffee maker was tiny. I purchased a second coffee cup. Comfortable and secure. We loved private garage and side yard. Would stay again.

Very small trash can was overflowing. Inside trash had no liner. Rug in kitchen was dirty and carpet had a stain on it. The garage and side yard both needed some attention raking up and sweeping out leaves

it's within walking distance the the college campus. my son attends college in Grand junction and this was the perfect cozy place for a quick weekend trip to visit him. the facilities were as advertised. communication before check in was perfect.

the small things I might of had issue with were in- consequential. I appreciated everything that was available. TV in structures for the older crowd would have been appreciated.

The studio is well-located and VERY comfortable.

This apartment is a studio, very cozy and nicely decorated. No kitchen as such, but a small fridge, with a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. Also, some dishes and flatwear. Great for a short stay, unless you plan to eat out most meals. The bath had a shower, separate from commode and wash basin. Towels and shower needs were supplied. Bed was very comfortable, which is a giant plus for me!

We felt everything was very nice. Will definitely try to stay next year when we go to Grand Junction again.
