"A perfect place to stay in downtown!"

The property is located walking distance to the Pikes Peak of Performing Arts. Excellent breakfast with made to order hot options. The staff were very nice and also gave us a coupon for 2 drinks, 3 crackers & slices of cheese. The kitchenette was spacious and comfortable. There’s public parking across the street. There’s a nice open courtyard Ed to hang out weather permitting.

Room was big. I loved the mini kitchen area. We filled up our water bottles with the in room filtered water. Breakfast was amazing with a chef that took your order.

You could hear people talking down on the street below. Loud. Car traffic all night. Expensive parking garage $21/ night!!
