The amenities were great! Loved the pool and hot tub, the room and the lobby was fun. We also loved the breakfast.

On Booking.com the room description said the room was 500 sq feet and the room we were in was about half that size. Also the sound proofing was not sufficient as we could hear everything in the hallway as well as the beep of the elevator every time it beeped.

The room: I loved the layout & size! - I love that there was an extra electrical & charging outlet on the desk - I love that I could connect to my personal Netflix via the TV. - I loved the blackout shades Breakfast: I love the variety of offerings, the friendly staff, and cleanliness

It would've been nice to know how much the parking was going to be upfront. Someone's dog pooped in an elevator and it took the cleaning staff a bit of time to get it cleaned.

"Great breakfast, beautiful hotel."

The breakfast was really nice. Excellent coffee! The breakfast room itself was warm and comfortable. Our Executive King Suite was very spacious, which allowed my daughters and I to move about easily while they got ready for their dance competitions. The large windows in the room are also beautiful. It's nice to have underground parking, although we weren't aware until checkout that the charge was $21/day.

The streets below the hotel suddenly become very noisy at night. It seems like a lot of motorcycles drive around and all the noise floats up to the room. We needed earplugs and white noise to be able to sleep. Also, the breakfast room could use a second toaster. There is only one toaster with two slots.

"Nice facility and great breakfast. Bummer that the internet was never available during our stay."

Great location and amenities

The internet was not working during our entire stay. Real bummer. Also, the TV in our room wasn’t working. A maintenance guy had to come fix it.
