Ocean View is on the cliff top of Gorleston -on - Sea, with lots of facilities with rooms having lots of space. Wonderful views of the sea with tankers and ships. We watched the sunrise over the sea sat on the balcony. Julia was a lovely welcoming host who was happy to help us and even offered beach towels to use. Breakfast was healthy choices which suited my sister and I. Towels for use in the lovely on suite were pristine white. Lots of storage for clothes, large wardrobe, plenty of drawers. Soft and comfortable king size bed.

Everything. Room. Location. Sea view. Breakfast. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed, pillows etc. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE THING TO DISLIKE. Even the weather was amazing.

"Enjoyable and we made good use of the balcony even though the weather was overcast."

The room was well appointed with a balcony and sea view. The hostess is very welcoming and willing to help in any way. Proper nice coffee and tea in the room. Comfy bed.

There is only continental breakfast on offer however it’s of the highest quality.

the location was excellent and right on the see front. We had excellent communication with the host before our stay and she made us feel really welcome and at home. The rooms were very spacious and the cleanliness and facilities was excellent. We had a great nights sleep in a really comfy bed. If we were to visit again we would definitely book this B&B again. Host also provided a wide choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast great. View from the room was outstanding. Hostess Julia was lovely and very attentive. The room was large and well appointed. Everything was spotless.
