Ocean Waves

Wonderful place to stay. The room was loverly and big with an shower room attached. We were.lucky to have a balcony on our room to sit and look at the sea while having a cup.of tea. The owner was lovely and the breakfast was great .

The breakfast was very good, as expected. The host very very caring and friendly. Easy communication, even prior to the arrival.

A really pleasant stay at a nice, comfortable guest house run by the lovely Julia who was a great host. Continental breakfast of cereal, toast with jams, tea, coffee, yoghurts and fruit juice, very tasty. Room was spacious and really clean and tidy with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a spotless bathroom/shower. We shall return next time we visit the area.

Small fridge was a little noisy but welcome item. Parking could be a problem in high summer.

Julia was a very welcoming, friendly host and made our stay a lovely experience. The location is very good and provides very easy access to the beach and seafront shops. The bed was comfortable and the room had good facilities as did the en-suite bathroom which had both bath and shower.

Breakfast was a lovely casual event with a wide variety of options. However it would have been nice to know beforehand that a cooked breakfast was not available.

The breakfast was excellent for us as we do not like a cooked breskfast. There was cereal, toast, fruit, biscuits etc We just loved the lication and our big comfortable bedroom with wonderful large balcony. Plenty of parking tight outside property!

The location was great, the property was very spacious and welcoming and Julia was amazing.
