Excellent value for money.

The property was clean and equipped with many different features. We found it very comfortable especially for all the baby’s/toddler’s facilities offered in the cottage. We booked last minute but everything was dealt with really quickly and professionally.

Very quiet and handy to things. Great to have a washing machine

No shampoo conditioner body wash etc

Great for the event we were attending in Yarmouth

Not sure if there was an issue or whether time was needed in-between use, but the hot water ran out after one persons shower mid way through the next person's shower.

Our stay at the new farm cottages was simply outstanding! The cosy cottage provided a delightful retreat, complemented by the indulgence of a relaxing hot tub. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. Moreover, the convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the ferry, made our travels hassle-free. A perfect getaway spot for anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and a great location!

Fantastic to arrival to the communication with the host ho clean and walk through t was fantastic already want to book again for Xmas the hot tub very private fantastic stay definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island 🏝️
