The Slipway

Well situated. Steam train stopped opposite,which was good to see. Wading birds from window along with a Heron. Quiet and not too far to walk to town.

Excellent location, with view over the river, the boatyard and even regular appearances of the steam train! Secure parking was much appreciated, and quick and easy access (by car) to supermarkets to "stock up" without the need to go into the town. Very quiet at night, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Milk in the fridge was a nice touch, particularly as we arrived on a Sunday evening.

Clean and comfortable just a short walk into the town. My son loved watching the steam train come in just across the river from the apartment

The location was perfect. Right in whitby 5-10 minutes stroll to town centre tre and attractions. Secure parking, lift access. View of many birds, the steam train and boats. Fish n chip shop on the corner, supermarket at top of the road. Beds were comfortable and apartment was well equipped very quiet too.

The apartment is very big but could do with a refresh of decore in the bathroom

the location of the apartment is just perfect, Whitehall Landing is approx. 15 minutes walk into Whitby and the absolute brilliant bonus is the parking space. The apartment was clean, comfortable - home from home! Everything you need if you want to chill out or cook in the apartment - and the views over the River Esk from were breath taking. We look forward to a return visit.

I can't fault the apartment, we couldn't find the key to open the balcony - but we just opened the other windows for fresh air.

The location was excellent, overlooking the river Esk, the steam railway and a boatyard, so there was always something interesting to look at. The property was clean, adequately equipped and very comfortable, and only 15 minutes walk into the town centre, where there was a wide choice of places to eat. We enjoyed driving over the Moors and visiting the villages, both on the coast and in the Moors valleys. The reserved and secure parking bay was an advantage in such an attractive and busy tourist spot.
