Nicarè City Apartments

The apartment is spacious and beautiful, just as shown in the photos. It’s very nicely furnished, clean, and smells fresh. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind, helping us with everything we asked of him. In my opinion, it’s a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Spacious, good design, reasonably modern

This accommodation is about 3km from the attractions of Palermo. We managed to work out the local bus system that worked quite well and saved us a lot of walking to & from, but it was not a particularly nice neighbourhood either. We also found the street noise very disturbing at night, despite the windows and shutters being closed.

The apartment was wonderful and well equipped. Wonderful fish store downstairs where it was also possible to dine. Great food.

It was little bit out of the center.

- Good access to the centre (to bus stop 3 minutes, tram 5 minutes) - Modern interior - Amazing and helpful host - Beach on the other side of the road ( only a few people and relatively clean with beautiful water) - Many shops and restaurants (food, fresh vegetables and fruits, ice cream...) - Balcony with drying rack

-A little noise at night (from the street)
