Gorgeous garden far more grown in than these pictures. The cute lady spends her day making sure the garden floor and chairs are free of any leaves. Endless sweeping. She was the best. The Riad staff were the most helpful and anticipatory we met in our two weeks in Morocco. Hearing the birds through our windows was a joy. Beds were comfy not too hard or soft.

A couple ‘even better if’s’: Wanted a couple hooks in bathroom to hang towels or your clothes as you get in and out of shower. Wanted a little soap dish at sink. So really, there was nothing we didn’t like! 🙂

Riad Kitula was not just a stay, it was an experience! The staff, property, room, guests, food and service were top notch. Extra shoutout to the night shift staff who always greeted us kindly, answered our questions, and got us anything we needed.

Houve um pequeno lapso a chegada com a carrinha que ia fazer o transfer (demorou uma hora a chegar e acabamos por apanhar um táxi), mas ficou tudo resolvido depois.

La chambre est petite mais suffisante pour la nuit

Absolutely perfect. Not only is it beautiful but the staff were very accommodating and the nicest people. We got there several hours before our check in time and they gave us the room so we could rest. The breakfast was great. And it is also in a great location walking distance from La Medina.

Tout était fait pour qu’on soit le mieux possible !

A simpatia do staff

Não corresponde às imagens que apresentam. Os tapetes do quarto estavam sujos. O chuveiro funcionava mal. O pequeno almoço era muito básico. Parecia mais uma casa familiar do que um serviço semelhante a um hotel. A maior desilusão foi a piscina. Claramente não havia circulação de agua e esta parecia parada. No ultimo dia estiveram a encher a piscina com uma mangueira. O pátio estava desarranjado e descuidado. Após eu usar a toalha da piscina que tinha sido manchada por um pássaro, o funcionário da Riad voltou a enrolar a toalha na espreguiçadeira para o proximo hospede.
