-The furniture! It was very appealing to the eyes. -Caretaker was really welcoming and kind. -The room was clean.

-There's a miscommunication between the owner and the caretaker. Paid for an extra fee so we could check in early at 12 noon. We arrived at the lobby before 12 noon but according to the care taker there's still a guest, but according to the owner, it was available at that time. Nonetheless, we got to the room at 12:30 but it was a bit of a hassle for us since we we're expecting to be in the room at 12 noon since I have a concert to attend to at 1pm. -Slow Wifi

Complete cooking utensils. The view is also nice.

I like the location it's near in everything and the and the staff it's really friendly.

LOCATION: Right next 3 malls (one of them being Mall of Asia), including a 24-hour Korean BBQ that is inexpensive and has huge portions. Big shoutout to Korea Soul Food/JangGeum Kitchen at MetLive! Ate there every day. SECURITY: An army of overzealous security guards with shotguns protecting everything within 50 meters of the property INTERIOR DESIGN: When you walk into the lobby, you will be impressed by the size and quality of interior design. Plus there's 3 huge swimming pools (1 for adults only) in the center of the 4 towers.

WI-FI: Out of a 25-day stay, the internet simply *did not work* for the first 21. Even more aggravating was the landlord's lazy attitude in getting the problem fixed. Who wants to live in a place without internet for 3 weeks!? HOT WATER: hot water heater in the shower didn't work for a few days, and when it does work, it shuts off mid-shower for 30 seconds CONDO MODEL: WARNING - this is *not* a hotel. This is a condominium owned by a random individual. How your stay goes depends on which landlord you get. There will be no maid service. You will have to buy your own toilet paper, take out your own trash, and unclog your own toilet! The staff have no ability to address water heater or wifi issues listed above. SERVICE: If you lose your key, the front desk will do nothing to help you and simply refer you to the landlord, who may or may not pick up your phone. I saw a girl in the lobby crying her eyes out at 1AM because she couldn't get ahold of the landlord to let her into her room, which she paid for! Also, the security guards made a few rude comments to the guests that I have *never* seen with staff in hotels. CLEANLINESS - Seeing roaches/worms in the hallway and in your unit is an everyday occurrence POOL: That wonderful pool? you have to pay a daily fee to use it NOISE AND LIGHT: Kids screaming at the pool keep you awake because the windows/door to terrace paper thin, and landlord pays for thin useless blinds that don't block out the light. I have stayed with booking.com 40 times and this was my first non-hotel. NEVER AGAIN. The worst part of this is that, because this isn't a professionally run hotel with centralized management, I feel like I have no recourse to lodge a complain or seek a partial refund. SAFETY: Good thing there are armed guards, to protect you from all of the homeless people/phone snatchers in the area.

the place is neat, has kitchen and bathroom essentials, and is very near to the event that we attended. the host is also responsive and very accomodating especially when we asked if we could check-in early. they immediately informed us about the additional fees for early check-in and had clear instructions upon checking in.

there was a bit of struggle in terms of using mobile data since the signal was very weak. however, the place has its own wifi router, we were just unable to connect from our phones.

Room location should indicate at booking site, so that people will what level the room is, I expected at lower level, I’m afraid of height's, room was at 29 floor which I hated it.

The housekeeper friendly and on time but...

The house that we rented was another than the pictures that showed us. I also got photos for this. It was sooooo dirty I found hairs on the blankets on the towels and every corner I saw on the house was dirty. The bathroom was awful so dirty every iron part of the bathroom was rusty I also got photos for that. And last but not least some of the kitchen tools had food remains from the previous guest. I wanted refund but I was so exhausted after 30 hours flight I just put my towel that I brought and sleep on top of her.....
