1. We are given different room on our first day by the staff, and it’s disappointing because the owner cannot be contacted when we tried to request for change of room. Upon arrival, the room was not presentable and we found insects too. It was dirty for us and many of the things inside the room needs renovation and cleaning.

I didn't like it any bit. I was requesting for a change of checkout time and was approved via email and got a confirmation as well. However, during our last hours of stay, we were confronted and messaged by the person who assisted us at the beginning of the stay, not only once but multiple times as messaged that we were past the checkout time, and had to pay an extra for going over the allotted time. It was a really REALLY bad experience for me since I've already got a CONFIRMATION as well as remark stating that it was ok to checkout on the time that I've requested.

the unit is not prepared, no bidet need to request pans, kettle and rice cooker, they provided all on the next day no coordination from host and facilitator

Location is excellent

Facility with odor. With insect.

The staff special the one who assited us on the unit was very friendly and accomdating
