Il Ryad è molto comodo. Vicino alla strada principale per i taxi e allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni della Medina . Avevamo riservato le due suite della struttura entrambe molto grandi e comode. La colazione viene servita nella terrazza dove di può godere di una bella vista sulla Medina ed è sempre abbondante e variegata. Ottima la spremuta di arancia e il pane marocchino. Non manca la possibilità di rilassarsi con sdraio e ombrelloni sulle due terrazze della struttura. Infine una nota di apprezzamento per Hamza e il fratello che ci hanno dimostrato la loro totale disponibilità in ogni momento dandoci indicazioni sui luoghi dove mangiare oltre ad essere sempre gentili e rispettosi.

Unica nota negativa è stato il rumore che proviene dalla strada anche a notte inoltrata ma ovviamente non è colpa della struttura ma è tipico di Marrakech. Era più forte per noi al primo piano mentre già nei piani superiori non si sentiva quasi nulla.

Ottima struttura, molto accogliente ed anche molto moderna per un Riad. Ma era quello che cercavo! Proprio al centro della Medina, assolutamente sicura anche a notte fonda, ti permette di raggiungere tutto a piedi. La terrazza dove si fa colazione ti permette di dare un occhio dall’alto sia alla piazza che alla Moschea. L’host è fenomenale e super simpatico, ci ha aiutato anche con altre attività come i transfer nel deserto ed è stato tutto perfetto.

L’unica pecca è che bisogna pagare in contanti e non puó essere usato il POS. Ho dovuto richiedere la fattura che ovviamente mi è stata subito data. A quanto pare peró, è una pratica abbastanza comune a Marrakech! Comunque nulla che non mi faccia tornare in questo splendido posto.

Desayuno muy bien, atención inmejorable durante la estancia, situación céntrica y edificación en muy buen estado de acabados (reforma reciente). Terrazas en cubierta muy agradables, con vistas al minarete de la Koutoubia. Aseo amplio y nuevo. Cambio de toallas diario.

Habitación doble carece de armario. Escalera de acceso sin ascensor.

The location is excellent! Very close to Jemmaa el-Fnaa center, less than a 5 minute walk yet still very close to the main street which is great for calling a taxi or Uber. The staff is AMAZING, especially Hamza! Very accommodating and accessible at anytime for any need, questions or concerns. He went out of his way on many occassions to make our stay and time in Marrakesh even more memorable. The Riad is VERY clean and looks basically brand new. It is a smaller more intimate accomodation but the personal feel is the highlight and charm of the hotel! Don't hesitate to book your stay there!

There was really nothing that I didn't like but I would like to note that there is a good number of stairs to get to the guest rooms and breakfast terrace/rooftop and there is no elevator, so not ideal for anyone that has limited mobility. Other than that, perfeftly fine for most.

Really conveniently located around Jemaa el Fnaa, very clean and comfy, and with two beautiful terraces. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. Hamza, who runs the place together with his brother, was so kind and welcoming.
