Je ne peux pas exprimer à quel point notre séjour a été incroyable. Je dois d'abord dire que Hamza, notre hôte, est d'une gentillesse et d'une générosité incroyables qui nous ont profondément touchées. Il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a partagé sa culture. Il nous a accompagné chercher un caftan, a partagé deux repas traditionnels avec nous et nous avons même passé un après-midi à discuter des heures autour d'un bon thé à la menthe. Il nous a été d'une belle aide aussi quand notre porte de douche a fait des caprices tard une soirée. L'hôtel / riad est top. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Pas de bruit, nous avons super bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse est chouette, et on a une belle vue sur la Koutoubia et la chaîne de montagnes !! L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, à 3 min à pied entre la Koutoubia et la place Jemaa el Fnaa. Vraiment, je recommande à 1000% cet établissement, qui a dépassé nos espérances. Merci du fond du coeur Hamza, tu es le bienvenu chez nous en France quand tu veux, Inshallah 🤞

Unglaublich nettes Personal, steht jederzeit zur Hilfe breit. Super zentral, sehr gutes Frühstück und tolle dachterasse!

Lovely large and light room. We stayed in the Superior Suite which was half bedroom and half lounge area, with two sofas. Large bathroom with fantastic shower, very hot water. Nice view onto the street, with a little bit of life but not noisy. We booked it because of the terrace and there were actually two, both lovely, on different levels and a communal lounge area. Great to have breakfast on the terrace with view of Koutoubia mosque and mountains in the distance. There is an area under cover, with large red sofas, if you do not want to eat on the terrace, which also has large umbrellas. Extremely comfy bed. Hamza was the main person we dealt with, who was friendly and helpful, taking us next door to get a SIM for my phone.

The breakfast was tasty and included different breads and pastries, delicious orange juice, soft cheese, olives, sometimes chopped fruit and sometimes yoghurt. We would have liked a few more savoury items such as eggs, but that is just our taste.

We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en we voelden ons welkom. Hamza en Salina hebben heel goed voor ons gezorgd. Lekker ontbijt op het knusse dakterras. Als je iets nodig hebt of wensen hebt, dan wordt daar voor gezorgd. Je kunt allerlei activiteiten boeken, een hammam of een taxi door Hamza laten regelen. Ze doen hun uiterste best voor de gasten. De ligging is perfect, dichtbij het Jemaa el Fna plein waar s avonds veel te doen is. We voelden ons veilig en we hebben heerlijk geslapen op goede bedden. De accommodatie was heel schoon en elke dag lagen er schone handdoeken klaar.

The bathroom wasnt clean properly, doors were broken in there, also balcony super dirty with pigeon poo. Breakfast was soso nothing special…

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten leider zu Beginn ein Problem an der Dusche und das wurde sofort behoben.👍
