Amazing property with incredible views. It’s not right on the beach and there are some stairs that take a little bit of energy to get back up, but the view and cooling breeze is totally worth it!! The rooms are so comfortable, no problems with the AC, wifi, hot water, or water pressure. And the staff was soo nice! The included breakfast is amazing. And I loved the snacks and alcohol that you can take on the honor system :)

It is a beautiful property and the staff is very helpful and tried hard to ensure your stay was enjoyable. If I was to improve something, it would be the option of additional meals.

There was constant construction taking place and a manager was yelling for staff throughout the day. The noise was not conducive to relaxing.

The entire staff was very hospitable but I really want to thank Chawndra in particular who made the stay so special! Her warmth, kindness and attentiveness made us feel so welcome every second of the stay :) The property is the perfect blend of relaxing and calming with proximity to the hussle and bussle of the nearby Zipolite main section. The secluded stairway to town also has incredible scenic views so it’s a beautiful stroll into city!

Chandra was the perfect host! She made us feel very welcome and was really attentive. The pool and views were so special. Also, breakfast was the best we had in Mexico and the honesty bar was a lovely touch.

The kitchen staff weren’t very friendly - any question felt like an imposition (albeit Chandra always made up for this). Housekeeping standards also need to be improved- although our bed was made each day, our towels were only changed once in a 4 night stay (on our request). Hand towels and toilet paper were not replenished at all. We felt a bin in the room (other than for toilet paper) and a hairdryer were missing. It would also be good for bottled still water to be available to buy. These would all be easy fixes which is why we mention :)

it is a wee way away from everything and up a lot of stairs. But quieter than staying next to some other hotels

Beautiful place, the views and pool are incredible. Walk down to the beach was fine, took about 7-8 mins and they give you really clear instructions when you check in. I was fortunate enough to not have to climb back up but I can imagine it's quite the work out (might also be a little daunting at night if solo travelling). Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good, both cold and hot options provided. Rooms were cute and bathrooms spacious, I didn't have any issues with hot water like some other reviews.

No biggie for me but the WiFi wasn't always stable.
