Bardzo słaba klimatyzacja w naszym pokoju , w nocy było za gorąco, słabe śniadania . Z taksówki trzeba było znosić walizki do recepcji 2 pietra w dół po schodach. Hotel to małe 3 gwiazdki .

Great position & great staff

The staff. All were so welcoming, smiling, and helpful. Thank you to you all for a lovely stay. Despite the building needing updating, it is kept very clean. The new air-conditioning units are silent and very effective. The location is perfect, being a short stroll into the tourist centre of town, with superb views over the marina from the balconies and the lovely pool and terrace at the rear. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of typical Turkish fare, with omelettes made to order.

Nothing, really. The beds are on the firm side, which was fine for me, but may be too hard for some. I suggested adding a bit more fruit to the breakfast buffet, and sweet, delicious melon was there the next day. It shows how much the staff listen to customers' ideas and are willing to please.

Great breakfast and service at this hotel. Very clean and good location. They brought complimentary fruit to our room on 2nd day 😊

There were time restrictions using the swimming pool which was annoying. Open at 10:30 - 7:00pm. Would have liked to get back to hotel after being out and have a swim and drinks
