Great location in centre of Masham. Really comfortable bed. Well equipped. Lots of information about local area.

Excellent location in the heart of Masham. It felt spacious for a small property. Excellent value.

Location was fabulous. Very well equipped kitchen. The place had Christmas decorations and a tree which was super lovely as it was a last minute emergency find when our accommodation fell through.

Quite small room - tricky for big suitcases. Lovely kitchen and seating area. The place was absolutely freezing when we entered, and took some time to heat, but once we did it was cosy. The shower over the bath, was very low, and difficult to shower in . It had a damp musty smell which wasn't that pleasant.

Great location. Comfortable & cosy. Had everything we needed.

Nothing to dislike

The most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. Very handy for the centre of Masham. A character cottage with its own interesting history.

Sofa and armchair could have been more comfortable.

Comfy , clean 3 minute walk to the market place and several places to eat -

A lovely feel to the property from the moment you walk in. A really really good location, just a short stroll to in each direction to local shops, supermarket, the market square, parking, both breweries, restaurants and pubs. Even though you are so close to things it was quiet and peaceful. We liked the barn door at the front entrance as this gives a lovely breeze through when opened. The property had everything we needed for the stay. Its pet friendly but you would never know a pet had ever stayed other than the dog bowl and treat jar😊 This place is a Gem of a find

Nothing really negative to say- but what would of put the icing on the cake,on this particular visit for us ( as we had two small dogs with us and one gets excited and barks when we put his lead on) - there is no garden area to let them out in the night rather than the chance of him barking and disturbing other local residents if he chooses to be vocal when you want him to be quiet. Definitely not an issue if you have a quiet pet or your without a pet or your pet chooses not to want to pee in the early hours.
