Ļoti labs numurs. Siltais, aukstais ūdens. Beidzot varēja nomazgāties dušā ar siltu ūdeni. Izcila vieta un tīrība.

El lugar es limpio y excelente ubicación, como cuando vas a la casa de tus abuelos ☺️. El personal es muy amable

Me agrado hospedarme en su hotel, para viajeros que lo utilizan para únicamente descansar, me parece muy bien. Gracias por sus atenciones.

Únicamente que no había donde colgar la ropa.

La atención

Hotel molto pulito, con reception aperto ad ogni ora del giorno. Molto disponibili a indicare anche servizi vicini per spostamenti. Posizionato in zona Hotel, vicinissimo a stazione autobus ADO da cui partono ed arrivano i bus per i tour e per il treno maya. Nei paraggi sono presenti i migliori ristoranti e Cafe del luogo a prezzi onesti. Camera spaziosa e pulita, con arredamento semplice e silenziosa poichè non affacciata sulla strada principale.

Mancanza di armadio appendiabiti in camera Mancanza di Asciugacapelli Noi abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda perchè calda non veniva quel giorno. Non siamo riusciti a segnalarlo all'hotel poichè eravamo di fretta.

Free water

The room was small, dark, smelly, depressing and humid (nothing wet dried, even with air con on). It was also exposed, facing the road. There were no facilities so you have to sit in your depressing room The shower leaked everywhere. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. This hotel was pretty horrible, the worst place we've stayed in Mexico so far ( some cheaper, some more expensive). We booked for two nights but moved to Hotel Chablis after the first night - so much better, for about 50% more but worth it I think.
