Good location. Close to the bus station and a short walk to the centre.

Other guests made a lot of noise in the middle of the night

Location is certainly in the nicest part of Palenque. The room was a good size, the mattress was good, there plugs/chargers next to the bed and parking is included.

The room is extremely basic for the price, the airco works but not very well. The lighting is not pleasant and there are no separate lights for the bed. There is nowhere to put your luggage except on the floor. There is a vanity/desk in the room but no chair so it cannot be used as a work station. The bottom sheets (flat sheets, not fitted) are too small for the bed and dont stay tucked in.The hot water is extremely intermittent. Two out of three rather cool showers.

We were able to check in a good few hours early which was great for us as we were out for the day and wanted to check out of our other property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. The beds were a little uncomfortable but they did us well for the night. The bathroom was great which good shower pressure. There was a nice area to sit outside also. The location was on the main strip or hotels and restaurants for tourists and was a 5 minute walk to the town. Also right next to the bus station!

Due to its location, at night things were very loud. The rooms didn’t have any kind of sound proofing so you really did hear everything. The pillows were so high that my partner ended up not using his. The water pressure was great but it did go cold after about 10 minutes (so ok if you are quick or one person).
