Laguna Biru is a beautiful place to stay! The Bungalows are pretty in each detail and the location is surrounded by beautiful beaches!

We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Visited with my family which included 2 grandchildren of 3 and 1 and they enjoyed the pool. Just need to be aware of the depth and drops but as they had floatation suits on were ok. Rooms were lovely - loved that the roofs were made from bamboo. Enjoyed the outside shower / bathroom area and although would have loved to have used the bath - there were a lot of leaves in it which I would have had to clean out first and couldn't be bothered - one of the joys of having an outside bathroom in natural surroundings. (high walls so no-one could see over where we were).

Facilities were very beautiful. Pool was nice and big enough to swim. Breakfast was very delicious and fresh. Friendly staff.

Pool was very salty and no possibility for two people to lie there and relax if you don't have a bungalow right by the pool. Our cabin with bathroom on the ground floor had to be entered via the communal area, so unfortunately very little privacy. For me the bed linen was very scratchy. Overall, lack of service and you often didn't really feel welcome. Breakfast was actually included - but in the end we were charged by the manager for something that hadn't been agreed beforehand (only one drink and one dish is included - the manager did not inform us when he showed us the choice of breakfast on arrival nor when we ordered "more than included" in the morning).

Great little property that felt cosy and friendly. Walking distance to Sandy Bay beach. Really quiet and can hear the ocean at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and the vibe was relaxed. Great breakfast.

Bedside tables would have been nice and there is plenty of room to include them. The lighting in the room could be improved to allow for reading at night, but other than that, the rooms are beachy and have a nice feel.

Stayed there for 7 nights and loved every minute. Room is lovely and big, gorgeous outdoor bathroom, great area out the front of your room to relax on the loungers, big pool, delicious breakfast and amazing location, near lots of restaurants and a lot of nearby attractions. Quiet with just the noise of the breaking waves in the background at night. Bliss!

No mosquito nets. A small but important detail if you are someone whom mosquito's like! Thankfully very few around the time of year we were there (September), however on our last night there was one in our room we could hear but not find and when I woke up the next day I was covered in bites. Unfortunately all it takes is one! I think the addition of mosquito nets to the rooms would be that last small detail that would make this place absolutely perfect.
