New and clean hotel. Best breakfast!

The stairs and front gate made a loud sounds so it was hard to sleep. It was cold and there was no heating.

The hotel seems to be new. The room was clean and airy. The location of the hotel is ideal and the view to the Kazbegi, unique. I truly recommend this hotel, in it's form right now and I hope it reaches its full potential.

In terms of client management, there's still room for improvement. Although the personnel was nice, there was a language barrier as no one spoke anything but Georgian and Russian. Some misunderstandings or miscommunications regarding the breakfast, booking and other small issues which were fixed but that normally shouldn't happen.

"Nice and cosy"

Brand new hotel, with nice view to the mountains. The hosts don't speak English but we could easily communicate with the phone translator, and they were able to accommodate all our requests. They offer a restaurant too, with good Georgian cuisine. Internal parking available but cars may park in front of the gate overnight, so leave it outside if you plan to use it early in the morning!
