The room was perfect, comfy bed and loads of space. The outside shower was really cool and still private. The location was perfect and the staff were the most friendly I've met in indonesia, so helpful and always asking how we are and if we need anything! Loved the free bottle of water each day and the great breakfast. Massive thanks to Tan who made our stay perfect

Die Mitarbeiter waren unfassbar nett und haben bei allem geholfen und einen sogar mit Namen angesprochen.

Leider war die Unterkunft insgesamt nicht sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen oder nicht gut gereinigt. Das außenliegende Bad ist Wand an Wand mit einem Pferdestall, was man nicht nur hört sondern vor allem auch riecht. Ebenso lagen im Bad Zigarettenstummeln, wahrscheinlich noch von vorherigen Gästen, die über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen nicht entfernt wurden. Das WLAN ist eine absolute Katastrophe und hat im Zimmer überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist nicht teuer, aber in Indonesien und vor allem in Bali bekommt man für den gleichen Preis normalerweise viel mehr Comfort und Sauberkeit. Insgesamt hat uns die Insel auch überhaupt nicht gefallen es war überall schmutzig und dreckig.

I would definitely recommend Casa Kaupas to anyone. Amazing staff, really helpful guys, beautiful scenery, comfy beds, free water (from bottle), welcome drinks ... Ask them to help you get an e-scooter from a guy next door or to do the laundry. Also the snorkling tour we went to, we booked through the staff here. They will gladly help you with everything you need.
