environment was mind blowing i like it was near beach plus clean pool trees

Facilities was bit old and location was hard to find plus workers should explain more about rooms packages to the visitors

The service can be slow, random people walking in shouting, the dogs and cats jumping on the tables after meals and the fact that booking.com charged me and extra 20$ for the room

The villa is located few blocks away from main property that makes it calmer without hustling of other guests. The natural aesthetics were good

The size of beds was too small to fit two adults and mattresses were uncomfortable.

The staff are excellent. The food is top notch. The pool is brilliant and it’s reasonably priced.

Amazing environment in a beautiful historical building, very nice and comfortable garden. We liked the style of the whole place. Good location, very much in the center.

The room was a worn, because the building itself is old. However, the feeling and the stylish design compensates for it.

(1) They didn’t know that I was arriving for the check-in on the day I was expected to arrive. (2) They didn’t know that I had already prepaid my room. (3) The wifi - too poor and too weak (never expect to have a signal in your room!). (4) The beach in front of the hotel - not for swimming (it’s full of fishing boats!); if you want to swim, you have to walk for 15 minutes to your right or your left. (5) The rundown premises - the hotel is rather a hippie-with-a-dog-&-a flute establishment than a boutique place with modern rooms. (6) The fact that they transfer their 3% bank commission to their guests if the latter want to pay with a credit or debit card 😫. (7) No fruit or juice offered during breakfast.
